Contractors are required to keep their insurance details up to date in the system. This includes certificates such as public liability, product liability, and Safe Contractor. Uploading the latest certificates ensures compliance and avoids delays when carrying out work.
π Note: Only contractor office users have permission to upload insurance certificates.
Upload an insurance certificate
Follow the steps below to upload a new insurance certificate to your contractor account.
From the Main page, click Insurance.
Next to the relevant insurance type, click Upload Certificate.
Click Browse and locate the file on your device.
Select the file and click Open.
Click Next, then enter the expiry date of the certificate.
Click Next, then enter the Indemnity Limit.
Click Confirm to complete the upload.
π Note: The file must be in DOC, JPG, or PDF format. Once uploaded, an administrator must review and approve the certificate before it becomes active. If the expiry date was entered incorrectly, you can edit the certificate details after submission.
