If a contractor uploads an insurance certificate with an incorrect expiry date, you can amend it directly. This keeps the certificate record accurate and avoids delays or compliance issues.

To update the expiry date, please follow the steps below:

  1. From the Admin area, click Certificates to approve.

  2. In the list of certificates, set the tick box to No to confirm the expiry date is incorrect.

  3. Click Edit expiry date.

  4. Enter the correct expiry date.

  5. Click OK to save the change.

Once updated, the certificate will display the correct expiry date, ensuring the contractor’s compliance information remains accurate for audits and verification.
