Setting a primary contractor ensures that when a job is raised for a specific trade, the system prioritises the correct contractor based on the zone.
To set or update a primary contractor, follow the steps below:
From the Admin area, click Trade Analysis.
Select the relevant trade.
Click the zone where you want to make changes.
Select or clear the Primary checkbox to mark or unmark a contractor as the primary for that zone.
Once saved, the system will prioritise the primary contractor when allocating new jobs for that trade and zone.
