When you want to control which, contractors are set as the primary ones for certain trade types in each zone, this ensures that when a job is raised for that trade, the system prioritises the correct contractor based on the area.
Follow the steps below to set or update primary contractors:
Go to the Admin area.
Click on Trade analysis.
Select the relevant trade.
Click into the zone (or zones) where you want to make changes.
Use the Primary checkbox to mark or unmark a contractor as the primary for that zone.
The system will use the primary contractor setting to decide which contractor is assigned first when allocating new jobs in that trade and zone.
