If closure codes are not appearing when closing an order, they may not be correctly linked to the contractor or the relevant trade types. Closure codes must be set up in the contractor's settings and associated with the correct trade types before they can be used.
Before following the steps below, check that:
The closure code has been added under Contractors Settings > Closure Code.
The required trade types are selected and linked correctly.
If the above is correct and closure codes are still not appearing, follow the steps below:
From the Admin area, click Contractors Settings.
Select Closure Codes.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Click the relevant trade type.
Review the list of closure codes and select the ones that should be available.
Click Save.
π€ Tip: If closure codes are still not displaying after enabling them, confirm that the contractor has the correct trade type assigned. Without this link, the closure codes will not appear.
