Closure codes not appearing for contractors

Check and enable closure codes for contractors by reviewing trade type settings and ensuring the correct codes are ticked in the Admin area.

If closure codes are not appearing when you try to close an order, this usually means they have not been correctly linked to the contractor or the relevant trade types. Closure codes must be set up in the contractor’s settings and associated with the right trade types before they can be used.

First, check the following:

  • The closure code has been added within Contractors Settings > Closure Code.

  • The trade types you need are ticked and linked correctly.

If the above is correct and the closure codes are still missing, follow the steps below to review and enable them, follow the below steps:

  1. In the Admin area, click Contractors Settings.

  2. Select Closure Codes.

  3. Click the green padlock icon to unlock the trade type settings.

  4. Click on the relevant trade type.

  5. Review the list of closure codes and tick the ones that should be available.

🤓Tip: If you are still unable to see the closure codes after enabling them, confirm that the contractor has the correct trade type assigned. Without this link, the closure codes will not display.
