The Financial Reports area shows the allocated budget, actual spend, and variance for each financial year, making it easy to see how much budget is left to spend.
To view the remaining budget for the current financial year, follow the steps below:
From the Group area, click the Reports
icon.Select Financial reports.
From the list, choose P&L Accruals.
Click the Financial YTD tab to view year-to-date information.
Use the Select View dropdown to choose the financial year you want to review.
The report shows the allocated budget for the selected year. The Variance column displays the difference between the allocated budget and the actual spend - this value is the remaining budget available for the rest of the financial year.
📌 Note: Review this report regularly to monitor how close your sites or contracts are to their budget limits and to plan upcoming spending more effectively.
