If a callout has been raised but not yet released, you can still update the response time. This is useful if the wrong option was selected or if the priority has changed.
From the Group area, click Release callouts.
Select the relevant order.
Click Release.
In the release process, use the dropdown under Would you like to change the response time.
Select the new response time.
Click Release to send the order.
π Note: Once a callout has been released, the response time cannot be changed. If the response time is incorrect, you will need to cancel the callout and raise a new one with the correct details.
