Attendance instructions can be added to purchase orders to inform contractors of essential details before they visit a site. These instructions are set per site and may include busy or closed times, access restrictions, security procedures for locations such as shopping centres or airports, or any other site-specific guidance.
When a purchase order is raised for that site, the contractor will see the attendance instructions included in the order details.
To add attendance instructions to a site please follow the steps below:
From the Admin area, click Add / Edit Units.
Select the site you want to update.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Add the required details in the Attendance instruction box.
Click Save.
