Update unit attendance instructions

You can add attendance instructions to a site so contractors receive important information before attending.

Attendance instructions can be added to purchase orders to inform contractors of essential details before they visit a site. These instructions are set per site and may include busy or closed times, access restrictions, security procedures for locations such as shopping centres or airports, or any other site-specific guidance.

When a purchase order is raised for that site, the contractor will see the attendance instructions included in the order details.

To add attendance instructions to a site please follow the steps below:

  1. From the Admin area, click Add / Edit Units.

  2. Select the site you want to update.

  3. Unlock the green padlock icon.

  4. Add the required details in the Attendance instruction box.

  5. Click Save.
