Late attendance audit

View orders where a contractor attended later than the expected timeframe set when the order was released.

Written by Rubin Muresan

The late attendance audit shows orders where a contractor attended the site later than the timeframe set when the order was released. This allows you to quickly identify delayed visits and review contractor performance.

For example, if an order is released on 1 February 2026 with a 48-hour callout, the contractor should attend by 3 February 2026. If the visit takes place on 15 February 2026, the system marks it as a late attendance, and the order appears in the Late Attendance area.
