The Late Attendance audit shows orders where a contractor attended the site later than the timeframe that was set when the order was released. This allows you to quickly identify delayed visits and review contractor performance.

For example, if an order is released on 01/02/2025 with a 48-hour callout, the contractor should attend by 03/02/2025. If the visit takes place on 15/02/2025, the system marks it as a late attendance, and the order appears in the Late Attendance area.

This helps ensure that late visits are clearly flagged so administrators can monitor service levels and address any recurring delays.
