The Planned Maintenance Visit (PMV) orders are automatically created and released to contractors when the visit window opens and the PMV contract status changes to Due. The timing of the visit window is controlled by the frequency settings in the PMV contract. These settings determine when contractors can attend and how far in advance the orders are released.
You can review and adjust the available PMV visit frequencies and their window lengths from the Admin area. This is useful if you need to align visit dates with operational requirements or ensure that contractors have the correct timeframe for attendance.
To view or edit PMV visit frequencies, please follow the steps below:
From the Admin area, click PMV Contracts.
Select PMV windows.
For the frequency you want to change, click on the dropdown menu and select a new visit window frequency.
The system will display the message:
β"Changes to visit window frequencies will apply only to future visits. Outstanding visits will remain unchanged. Please confirm you acknowledge this."
Click Confirm to continue.
A progress bar will appear while the system updates the visits. Once complete, click the X to close the tab.
Once confirmed, the new frequency settings will apply to all future PMV visits, while any existing outstanding visits will remain unchanged. This ensures that ongoing work is not disrupted, but future schedules are updated according to the revised visit window frequency
