You can update the cost of a PMV standing order in two ways. If the cost needs to be reduced, you can change the visit cost directly. If the cost needs to increase, you can send the order to the contractor so they can enter the updated pricing.

Reduce the cost of a standing order

  1. From the Admin area, click Add/Edit Units.

  2. Select the required unit and open the PMVs tab.

  3. Select the PMV standing order.

  4. Unlock the green padlock icon.

  5. Enter the updated value in the Visit Cost field.

  6. Click Save.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: Standing order costs can be fixed per site. You can also amend the value directly from the contractorโ€™s rate card.

Increase the cost of a standing order

If the cost needs to be increased, the contractor must add the updated pricing. To allow this, follow the steps below.

  1. From the Admin area, click PMV Contracts.

  2. Open the Standing Order tab.

  3. Select the required standing order.

  4. Unlock the green padlock icon.

  5. In the Contract Details section, set the setting Send order to contractor for pricing to Yes.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: After the order is sent, it will remain with the contractor until they update the pricing.
