Unit instructions appear automatically as notes on orders and are visible to contractors. Importing them in bulk saves time when instructions need to be added or updated across multiple units at once.
To download the template and add the instructions, follow the steps below.
From the Admin area, click Add/Edit Units.
Select the Unit Instructions Import tab.
Click Download Template and enter the required instructions for each unit in the file.
Save the file.
Click Import Template to upload it back into the system.
🤓 Tip: Once imported, any new orders created for units with instructions will automatically include a note visible to contractors. Use this to share general messages across all orders.
