These instructions will automatically appear as notes on orders and will be visible to contractors.
Go to the Admin area.
Click Add/Edit Units.
Select the Unit Instructions Import tab.
Click Download Template and enter the required instructions for each unit in the file.
Save the file, then click Import Template to upload it back into the system.
🤓 Tip: Once imported, any new orders created for units with instructions will include a note containing the instruction. These notes are automatically visible to contractors and can be used to share general messages across all orders.
