You can raise a quote request directly from your mobile device. This allows you to log the required work while on site, without needing to return to a desktop.
Follow the steps below to place a quote request from a mobile:
Log in to the system on your mobile device.
Click Raise quote.
Select the unit you are allocated to.
Choose the required area within the unit.
Select the relevant work type and equipment type for the job.
Pick the correct problem type and then select the required Contractor.
Enter the job details, including any notes or information the contractor will need.
Click Place order to submit the request.
📌 Note: You can also raise a callout by following the same steps, but selecting Place callout instead of Raise quote.
