The contractor performance review report allows you to monitor KPI scores across different types of work and identify areas where performance is strong or may need improvement.
To view a contractor's performance, follow the steps below:
From the Group area
, click the Report area 
icon.Select Performance Reports.
Click on Contractor Performance Review.
Select the required contractor from the list.
Once selected, the report displays a breakdown of KPI scores across reactive jobs, quoted works, supply only orders, and planned maintenance, depending on the contractor's activity.
🤓 Tip: Each section of the report includes a graph showing performance over time. Click a specific month within the graph to view detailed results for that period. For details on how KPI scores are calculated, see Contractor KPI score calculation.
