By using the Contractor Performance Review report, you can monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across different types of work and identify areas where performance is strong or may need improvement.
View a contractor’s performance by following the steps below:
Go to the Group area, then click on the Report area icon.
Select Performance Reports.
Click on Contractor Performance Review.
Select the required contractor from the list.
Once you select a contractor, the report will display a breakdown of KPI scores achieved. These scores may cover reactive jobs, quoted works, supply-only orders, and planned maintenance, depending on the contractor’s activity. This allows you to compare performance across different types of work in one place.
🤓 Tip: Each section of the report includes a graph to quickly identify how the contractor has been performing over time. You can also click on a specific month within the graph to view detailed results for that period.
