The standard edition of Access Evo includes a pre-configured dashboard in Access Analytics to help you interpret your Access Maintain data and make more informed decisions. The dashboard provides visibility of key metrics, helping you track costs, monitor contractor performance, and identify trends that impact your sites and operations.
To open the Analytics dashboard:
Click the Access button and select Analytics.
Click Dashboards, then select Head Office Orders Monitor.
The dashboard provides a wide range of insights into your Access Maintain data, including:

Total cost of emergency callouts
Contractor with the most cancellations
Top contractors spend
Total cost year on year
Total cost per month
