Report on Access Maintain data using Access Analytics

Use the pre-configured Analytics dashboard in Access Evo to track costs, monitor contractor performance, and review key trends across your sites and operations.

The standard edition of Access Evo includes a pre-configured dashboard in Access Analytics to help you interpret your Access Maintain data and make more informed decisions. The dashboard provides visibility of key metrics, helping you track costs, monitor contractor performance, and identify trends that impact your sites and operations.

To open the Analytics dashboard:

  1. Click the Access button and select Analytics.

  2. Click Dashboards, then select Head Office Orders Monitor.

The dashboard provides a wide range of insights into your Access Maintain data, including:

  • Total cost of orders

  • Total cost of emergency callouts

  • Contractor with the most cancellations

  • Top contractors spend

  • Total cost year on year

  • Total cost per month

  • Total cost per site

  • Contractor hours versus cost

  • Total order count

  • Most utilised contractor

  • Most utilised out-of-hours contractor

  • Total cancelled orders

  • Order count per contractor

  • Contractor status order count

  • Overdue awaiting payment

  • Overdue paid

  • Cancelled orders per contractor

  • Cancelled orders per site

These insights help head office teams and managers quickly identify areas that require attention, track financial performance, and ensure contractors are meeting expectations. Using Access Analytics alongside Access Maintain helps organisations control costs, improve compliance, and increase efficiency.
