Contractor KPI report

Monitor your performance in Access Maintain across callouts, quotes, supply only orders, and planned maintenance visits.

As a contractor, you can monitor your own performance through the KPI (key performance indicators) area in Access Maintain. This provides visibility of how well the service meets expectations across different types of work, helping you identify which areas are performing well and where improvements may be needed.

To view your KPI statistics, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Help & How to Use menu, click KPIs.

  2. Select the type of performance review you want to view:

    • Reactive Callouts - measures performance on response times and completion of urgent jobs.

    • Quotes - tracks turnaround times and approval rates on submitted quotations.

    • Supply Only - shows performance for supply only orders, such as delivery times and completion.

    • PMV orders - reviews performance on planned maintenance visits.
