You can add SMART goals directly to a contractor's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from within the Performance Reports area. This allows you to set measurable targets and deadlines for individual contractors.
From the Group area, click the Reports
icon.Click the Performance Reports.
In Performance Reports, select Contractor Performance Review.
Select the relevant contractor.
In the SMART Goals section, click the expand
icon.Unlock the green padlock
icon.Fill in the details for:
Target KPI
Target Date.
Click Save.
