Fixes for PMV certificates, Asbestos Status, PMV renaming, reporting, Capex emails and file uploads, plus a security update and new loading indicators.
Welcome to the October release, bringing improvements to PMV management, reporting reliability and platform security.
āWhat's new
ā
Latest PMV certificate opens from Unit View
View Cert on Unit View now opens the most recent PMV certificate. Previously, it could open an older certificate after a new one had been uploaded.
With this update, you can:
Open the latest PMV certificate directly from Unit View.
See the newest upload listed first when a unit has several certificates.
Rely on the certificate you open being up to date.
š Note: To find out how to view PMV certificates, please read our guide at the following link.
Asbestos Status visible in Unit Details
Asbestos Status now shows in Unit Details, including when Further Info is locked. Previously, it could disappear while Further Info was locked.
With this update, you can:
See a site's Asbestos Status at any time in Unit Details.
Check the status without having to unlock Further Info.
š Note: To find out how to view PMV certificates, please read our guide at the following link.
PMV renaming no longer affects other PMVs
Renaming a PMV no longer changes the Equipment / Order Type of another PMV. Previously, a rename could cause orders to be raised with the wrong type.
With this update, you can:
Rename a PMV without affecting any other PMV.
Raise orders against your PMVs with the correct equipment type.
In House Unit Allocated vs Worked Hours report drill-down
Drilling into a period in the weekly view of the In House Unit Allocated vs Worked Hours report now returns results. This includes units with no allocated hours set up. Previously, this could show a "No records found" message.
With this update, you can:
Drill into a period in the weekly view and see the records behind it.
Analyse worked hours for units without allocated hours.
š Note: To find out how to view PMV certificates, please read our guide at the following link.
Capex processing: no more false error emails
Scheduled Capex runs that have no invoices to export no longer send an error email. Previously, these runs sent a "Failed to store the CSV content" message, even though nothing had gone wrong.
With this update, you can:
Receive error emails only when something has actually gone wrong.
Spend less time checking Capex emails that need no action.
Reliable virus scanning of file uploads
Uploaded files, including PMV certificates, now finish virus scanning reliably. Previously, some uploads could stay on "scanning".
With this update, you can:
Use uploaded files, including PMV certificates, without delay.
Rely on the scan completing for every upload.
New loading indicators on Unit View and Group View
Unit View and Group View now have updated loading indicators, in line with the new Evo design.
With this update, you can:
See a clearer indication that a page is loading.
Enjoy a more consistent look and feel across Evo.
š Note: This is a visual change only. There is no change to the information displayed on Unit View or Group View.
