Set up tenanted sites

Enable tenanted sites in Access Maintain, assign them to unit types or brands, and create a dedicated GL code for financial tracking.

Tenanted sites in Access Maintain allow you to manage units occupied by tenants and apply separate rules for auditing, unit types, and financial tracking. To fully configure a tenanted site, you need to enable the feature in audits, apply it to the correct unit type or brand, and create a dedicated GL code.


Enable tenanted sites in audit settings

  1. From the Admin area, click Audit Settings.

  2. Unlock the green padlock icon.

  3. Set Tenanted Sites to Yes.

  4. Click Save.


Enable a unit type or brand as a tenanted site

  1. From the Admin area, click Unit settings.

  2. Click the Unit Types/Brands tab.

  3. Unlock the green padlock icon.

  4. Select the checkbox under the Tenant icon to enable the unit type as tenanted.

  5. Click Save.

Create a tenanted GL code

  1. From the Finance area, click GL Code Assignment.

  2. Unlock the green padlock icon.

  3. Click Yes when asked, 'Would you like to add a new GL Code not listed above?'

  4. Enter the required GL code details.

  5. Set GL Code is tenanted only? to Yes.

  6. Click Save.
