Tenanted sites in Access Maintain allow you to manage units occupied by tenants and apply separate rules for auditing, unit types, and financial tracking. To fully configure a tenanted site, you need to enable the feature in audits, apply it to the correct unit type or brand, and create a dedicated GL code.
Enable tenanted sites in audit settings
From the Admin area, click Audit Settings.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Set Tenanted Sites to Yes.
Click Save.
Enable a unit type or brand as a tenanted site
From the Admin area, click Unit settings.
Click the Unit Types/Brands tab.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Select the checkbox under the Tenant
icon to enable the unit type as tenanted.Click Save.

Create a tenanted GL code
From the Finance area, click GL Code Assignment.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Click Yes when asked, 'Would you like to add a new GL Code not listed above?'
Enter the required GL code details.
Set GL Code is tenanted only? to Yes.
Click Save.
