Contractors can reduce the quoted order cost when a quote has been queried back to them. Once reduced and resubmitted, the order is sent to management for approval.
📌 Note: You can only reduce the quoted price, not increase it.
To reduce the quote cost, follow the steps below:
From the Main page, click Queried orders.
Select the order.
Click Reduce to amend the order cost.
Update the labour price and click Next.
If parts are included, enter the volume and price when prompted.
Click Next and confirm the changes.
