Contractors can reduce the quoted order cost when a quote has been queried back to them. To adjust the labour price, follow the steps below.
From the main page, click Queried orders.
Select the order.
Click Reduce to amend the order cost.
Update the labour price and click Next.
If parts are included, you will be prompted to enter the volume and price.
Click Next and confirm the changes.
The order will then be sent to management for approval.
📌 Note: You cannot increase the quoted price, only reduce it.
