This setting allows contractors to reduce the labour cost on quoted purchase orders that have been queried back to them. When enabled, contractors can adjust the quoted amount before resubmitting it for approval.
To enable this setting, follow the steps below.
From the Admin area, click Contractor Settings.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Enable the setting Can contractors reduce the value of quoted orders.
Click Save.
Once enabled, contractors will be able to reduce the quoted order value when responding to a queried quotes.
