Customise terminology

Replace the default tenant and landlord terms with wording that matches your organisation's preferred language.

You can customise the terminology used across Access Maintain to match your organisation's preferred wording. The updated terms will appear in buttons, labels, and other on-screen text throughout the system.

To update the terminology, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Admin area, click Unit Settings.

  2. Select the General Settings tab.

  3. Unlock the green padlock icon.

  4. Enter the preferred terms for Tenant and Landlord.

  5. Click Save.
