You can customise the terminology used across Access Maintain to match the language preferred by your organisation. This allows you to replace the default terms for tenants and landlords with wording that better reflects your internal processes. The updated terminology will appear in buttons, labels, and other on-screen text throughout the system.
To edit the terminology, please follow the steps below
From the Admin area, click Unit Settings.
Click the General Settings tab.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Enter the preferred terms for Tenant and Landlord.
Click Save.
