Company details are used on invoices. Keeping this information up to date ensures that contractors, clients, and internal users see accurate company information.
Update invoicing address and company information
Your invoicing address is used on financial documents and must reflect the correct company details. You can update information such as the company name, short name, address, town, and phone number.
From the Admin area, click Company Details.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Update the required fields:
Company name,
Short name.
Address,
Town
Phone number.
Click Save.
Show or hide the phone number on the login page
If needed, you can choose whether the company phone number is displayed on the system login page.
From the Admin area, click Company Details.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Set the Display Tel number on the login page:
Yes, the contractor and external user can see the number.
No, the number will not be displayed.
Click Save.
Update your company phone number
If details such as the helpdesk phone number are not updated, it may lead to missed calls or delays in resolving issues.
To update the phone number, please follow the steps below:
From the Admin area, click Company Details.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Update the helpdesk telephone number.
Click Save.
Update the login company logo.
If you have users who access Access Maintain outside of Access Evo, such as contractors, you can customise their login screen by adding a company image or logo. The image appears on the standalone Access Maintain login page.
To update the image, please follow the steps below:
From the Admin area, click Company details.
In the Company details window, select System appearance.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.In the Login page section, click the folder icon next to the image field.
Select and upload the image you want to display.
Click Save.
Once saved, the new image will appear the next time a user opens the standalone Access Maintain login URL.
π Note: This only updates the Access Maintain login page for users who access the system directly. It does not change the Access Evo login screen.
