PMV fees are usually agreed in advance, so the cost of parts should not change once the contract is set. Any extra charges for parts or repairs outside the original scope should be added as remedial works instead.
If you prefer to handle all parts through remedial works, even those used during the visit, you can adjust the contract setting to reflect this. This keeps the contract pricing fixed and separate from parts usage.
To update this setting, follow the steps below:
From the Admin area, click PMV Contracts.
Select the relevant PMV contract.
Scroll to the Contract details section.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Update the setting Are the costs of parts included within the contract?
Click Save.
