Certain user groups can be given permission to allocate in-house jobs, allowing them to assign tasks to internal teams rather than sending work to external contractors. This helps organisations manage jobs more efficiently when in-house resources are available.
To allow a user group to allocate in-house jobs, follow the steps below:
From the Admin area, click In-house Settings.
Select User Groups and click the required user group.
Enable the setting Permitted to allocate in-house jobs / raise external callouts?
π Note: Once enabled, members of the selected user group will be able to allocate in-house jobs and raise external callouts, depending on the organisation's needs.
