Allow user groups to allocate in-house jobs

Give a user group permission to allocate in-house jobs or raise external callouts from the In-house Settings.

Certain user groups can be given permission to allocate in-house jobs, allowing them to assign tasks to internal teams rather than sending work to external contractors. This helps organisations manage jobs more efficiently when in-house resources are available.

To allow a user group to allocate in-house jobs, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Admin area, click In-house Settings.

  2. Select User Groups and click the required user group.

  3. Enable the setting Permitted to allocate in-house jobs / raise external callouts?
