By default, the Site view only shows cancelled orders from the past 30 days. To review older cancellations across all units, use the Group area to open the full list.
Follow the steps below to view all cancelled orders.
From the Group area, under Overdue orders, click View All.
Click Cancelled orders.
Click the Export
icon to download the report.
📌 Note: The list includes every cancelled order in the system, regardless of unit or cancellation date.
