The work permits report gives visibility of all permit types that have been set up and used in Access Maintain. It is useful for compliance monitoring, helping ensure the correct permits are being raised and tracked across all sites. The exported file can also support audits or be shared outside the system when required.
To view and export work permit types, follow the steps below:
From the Group area, click the Reports
icon.Select Compliance Reports, then click Work Permits.
Choose the required permit type.
Click the Export
icon to download the report.
