The system can automatically cancel quote requests that have not been responded to after a set number of days. This prevents old or unattended requests from building up and helps keep workloads manageable. For example, if the setting is set to 10 days, any quote request with no response after 10 days will be cancelled automatically.
To edit the automatic cancellation setting, please follow the steps below:
From the Admin area, click Unit Settings.
Select the Quote or supply only tab.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Enter the required number of days in the field for: Auto-cancel quote requests if not responded to within.
Click Save.
The system will apply the new timeframe to all future quote requests.
