You can control whether units are allowed to raise quote requests in the system by enabling or disabling this setting in the admin area. When enabled, unit users can request quotes for work or supply only orders.
Steps to enable or disable quote requests
From the Admin area.
Click Unit Settings.
Select the Quotes / Supply only tab.
Unlock the green padlock icon.
For the setting, Can the unit raise quote requests set:
Yes, to enable.
No to disable.
Click Save.
📌 Note: This setting is global and applies to all units in the system. Individual units cannot be enabled or disabled separately for this feature.
