For the unit users, the Unit Details section provides a comprehensive overview of the unit, allowing you to quickly check key information such as assigned staff, assets, and maintenance schedules. This helps ensure that your unit is fully managed and that all relevant resources are tracked.

To view your unit details, follow these steps:

  1. On the Unit View, click Unit Details on the left side of the screen.

  2. Use the tabs on the left side to explore specific information, including:

    • Support team: See which staff members are allocated to support your unit.

    • Asset list: Review all assets associated with the unit.

    • PMVs: View planned maintenance visits and schedules.

    • Unit staff: Check other users who are part of your unit team.
