Manage supply-only orders as a contractor

Dispatch supply-only orders and confirm delivery dates so customers can track delivery progress.

Written by Rubin Muresan

Supply-only orders are used when materials or equipment are required without sending an engineer to the site. When you receive a supply-only order, you need to dispatch it in Access Maintain so the customer can track delivery progress and the order record is kept up to date.

Dispatch a supply-only order

Follow the steps below to dispatch an order and confirm the delivery date.

  1. From the Current Orders section, click All Orders.

  2. Select the Supply tab.

  3. Select the order you need to dispatch.

  4. Click Dispatch.

  5. Choose the delivery date and confirm.

Once confirmed, the order status will change from Delivery Due to Dispatched.

Partially delivered orders

If the customer reports missing items and marks the order as partially delivered, the status will return to Delivery Due. Follow the same dispatch process above to confirm the remaining items have been sent.
