If a PMV contract has been set up for a specific job but unit users are still selecting other contractors, you can restrict callouts so that only the assigned PMV contractor can be used.
Follow the steps below to enable the setting.
From the Admin area, click PMV Contracts.
Select the relevant PMV contract from the list.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Enable the setting Are callouts exclusively done by the PMV Contractor?
Add the relevant trade and equipment type.
Click Save.
⚠️ Warning: Make sure each PMV contract has its own unique equipment types selected. If an equipment type is shared with another PMV contract, the Are callouts exclusively done by the PMV Contractor? setting will automatically be set to No on the other contract, removing contractor exclusivity.
