If a PMV contract has been set up for a specific job but unit users are still selecting other contractors, you can restrict callouts so that only the assigned PMV contractor can be used.
To enable exclusive callouts, follow the steps below:
From the Admin area, click PMV Contracts.
Select the relevant PMV contract from the list.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Enable the setting Are callouts exclusively done by the PMV Contractor?
Add the relevant trade and equipment type.
Click Save.
📌 Note: Once enabled, unit users cannot assign the job to a different contractor when a PMV contractor is already set for that work.
