Add item or asset search bar to Get Quotes page
You can now search for items or assets by name directly on the Get Quotes page, without manually browsing through location tiles.
The search bar appears in the top-right area of the page and allows you to:
Filter location tiles in real time as you type.
Clear the search to restore the full tile view.
Experience consistent behaviour with the search bar on the callouts or assets.
Contractor preferential labour rates
Admins can now configure preferential labour rates for individual contractors, reflecting pricing negotiated outside of standard rate cards.
You can now:
View and edit labour rates per contractor.
Set rates across all callout types, including in-hours and out-of-hours tiers.
Automatically record which user made the rate changes for accountability purposes.

Feature sentiment for bulk asset amendments
After completing a bulk asset amendment upload, you will now see a short feedback prompt asking you to rate the Bulk Asset Amendments feature.
The prompt allows you to:
Select a star rating between 1 and 5.
Optionally add written comments, suggestions, or flag any issues.
Dismiss the prompt without submitting, and no data is sent on dismissal.
⚠️ Important: The prompt will not appear repeatedly. Once submitted or dismissed, it will not be shown again for a set period to avoid survey fatigue. If the feedback service is unavailable, the prompt is hidden automatically, and your workflow continues as normal.
Bug fixes
Duplicate orders created on fixed-date planned maintenance visits
Resolved an issue where completing an auto-raised order for a fixed-date planned maintenance visit caused multiple duplicate orders to be created.
GL code template submitted automatically on upload
Resolved an issue where uploading a new GL code template caused it to be submitted automatically, without waiting for the user to confirm or clear it first.
Constant loading when selecting from dropdowns in Supplier Review or Analysis
Resolved an issue where admins experienced a constant loading page when selecting a Trade Type or Work Type from the dropdown in Supplier Review or Analysis, if they had previously viewed that supplier.
