The Admin area in Access Maintain allows you to export a full report of all currently active projects to Excel. This is useful for reviewing ongoing work, tracking progress, and sharing project information with colleagues or external stakeholders.
To download a report of all live projects:
From the Admin area, click Add/Edit Projects.
Click the Export
icon.
An Excel spreadsheet will be generated containing details of all live projects, which can then be used for analysis, reporting, or record-keeping outside of Access Maintain.
