Interim valuations allow you to raise part payments against a project order before the full amount is due. This is commonly used to pay contractors for work completed in stages, ensuring costs are recorded accurately against the project budget while keeping the remaining balance available until the project is finalised.

To raise an interim valuation on a project order:

  1. From the Projects area, search for and select the required project.

  2. Click on the Order payments tab.

  3. Click Build valuation.

  4. Enter the interim value you want to raise.

  5. Click Raise to confirm.

πŸ“Œ Note: Each interim valuation reduces the remaining balance of the project order. The full value becomes available once the project is finalised.
