In some cases, the system may not allow you to input the full value when finalising an order. This happens when the order is raised as a non-feasibility fee, such as a Designer Pro Fee.

Non-feasibility fees are restricted by percentage limits configured in the system, which prevents the full value from being signed off in a single step.

If you need to finalise the full value of this type of order, complete the process in two stages:

  1. Finalise the order up to the allowed percentage value.

  2. Raise a separate order under the feasibility option, such as a Designer's Feasibility Fee, and sign off the remaining amount there.

πŸ“Œ Note: Orders raised under a feasibility fee can be signed off at the full amount without restriction, as feasibility fees are not subject to percentage limits.
