Amend an order in the system

You can make changes to an order directly in the system by using the Admin screen. This area gives you greater flexibility when editing compared to opening an order from Unit View or through the search bar.

Follow the steps below to amend an order:

  1. Open the Admin screen from the left-hand menu.

  2. In the top right of the Admin screen, locate the section titled Edit Orders.

  3. In the Edit Order No. field, enter the order number you need to amend.

  4. Click Submit or press Enter on your keyboard.

  5. The order will load on-screen. Options for editing will appear in the bottom left corner, allowing you to update the order as required.

Using this route ensures you have access to the full range of available options for editing orders.

  • The order number.

  • The specific changes you are trying to make.
