When an order number ends with R, it indicates that the order is a recall. Recalls are created when a contractor needs to return to complete additional work linked to an existing order. This may happen if the original issue was not fully resolved or if a follow-up visit is required.
The recalled order can be differentiated by the recall sign:
Original order: 0001/0001
Recall order: 0001/0001R
Recalls are always free of charge because they relate to work that should have been completed during the original visit. For this reason, they bypass the standard approval workflow and are sent directly to the contractor. This ensures the follow-up work can be completed quickly without unnecessary delays.
