Payment files are sent to designated users in the Finance or Accounting team. Keeping this information up to date ensures the correct person receives the files, especially when staff roles change or when multiple business entities are involved.
To update who receives the payment files, please follow the steps below:
From the Finance area, click Payment Processing Settings.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Clear the checkbox for the current recipient.
Select the new user who should receive the payment files.
Click Save.
π Note: If you have multiple business entities, update the By business entity field to ensure you are adjusting the correct entity.
Make sure the new recipient has access to their inbox and is aware of the change, as they will begin receiving the payment files immediately.
