What's new

Legal entity details on contractor communications

Your organisation's legal entity name and address now appear on all contractor-facing communications and documents, including reactive orders, planned and PMV work, quoted work, callouts, and PMV compliance certificates.

With this update, you can:

  • Display your legal entity name and address across all contractor-facing documents.

  • Meet UK Companies Act requirements for issued documents.

  • Give contractors clear visibility of which legal entity they are contracting with.

📌Note: To find out how to manage your legal entity details on contractor communications, please read our guide on managing contractor communications.

Resend contractor notification

Contractors can now successfully resend contractor notifications directly from the order using the Resend Contractor Notification button.

With this update, you can:

  • Resend contractor notifications directly from the order.

  • Rely on the resend action to complete successfully.

📌Note: To find out how to resend contractor notifications, please read our guide on managing contractor notifications.

Contractor payment data performance improvement

The service that powers contractor payment analysis, contractor spend, and contractor home page counts has been updated as part of an ongoing infrastructure improvement programme.

With this update, you can:

  • Benefit from improved reliability and performance when loading contractor payment data.

  • Continue to see the same figures and information, as the output is unchanged.

📌Note: This is an infrastructure change only. There is no change to the information displayed in contractor payment analysis, contractor spend, or the contractor home page.
