Non-migrated clients
If you've not migrated to Access Evo (Previously Access Workspace) the URL for your internal users and contractors is your business name followed by .pronett.co.uk.
Example: theaccessgroup.pronett.co.uk
All emails are sent from the following email address [email protected].
Migrated clients
If you have migrated to Access Evo, your internal users can log in via go.accessacloud.com and receive notifications such as password resets from [email protected].
Your contractors continue to log in via the.pronett.co.uk URL and receive notifications from [email protected]. Please note that contractors sometimes might require, via desktop devices or mobile, to use the full URL including https:// in the beginning.
