To monitor the efficiency of your In-House engineers, you can view the First Time Fix (FTF) rate for completed jobs. This shows the percentage of jobs resolved on the first visit without the need for re-attendance, helping track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Follow the steps below to access the FTF rate:

  1. From the Group area, click the Reports icon.

  2. Select Analysis Report.

  3. Click on In-House completed jobs.

  4. Choose the required timeframe for the report: daily, weekly, or monthly.

  5. Click the Visit tab at the top to view visit-level data.

  6. If needed, apply filters to focus on specific criteria, such as:

    • Operation manager

    • Trade type

    • Equipment type

    • InHouse engineer

In the report, orders that were completed on the first visit are marked with v1 next to the order number, allowing you to easily identify first-time fixes.

πŸ“Œ Note: Regularly reviewing the FTF rate helps ensure that engineers are resolving issues efficiently and highlights where additional training or process improvements may be needed.
