To monitor the efficiency of your In-House engineers, you can view the First Time Fix (FTF) rate for completed jobs. This shows the percentage of jobs resolved on the first visit without the need for re-attendance, helping track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Follow the steps below to access the FTF rate:
Click the Group area
icon.
Click the Reports area
icon.
Select Analysis Report.
Click on In-House completed jobs.
Choose the required timeframe for the report: daily, weekly, or monthly.
Click the Visit tab at the top to view visit-level data.
If needed, apply filters to focus on specific criteria, such as:
Operation manager
Trade type
Equipment type
InHouse engineer
In the report, orders that were completed on the first visit are marked with v1 next to the order number, allowing you to easily identify first-time fixes.
Regularly reviewing the FTF rate helps ensure that engineers are resolving issues efficiently and highlights where additional training or process improvements may be needed.
