Change in-house user group

Reassign a staff member from the in-house user group to another role, such as Unit Manager or Unit User.

If you need to switch a user from the in-house group to another group, such as Unit Manager or Unit User, you can update their user group from the Admin area.

To change the user group, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Admin area, under In-House, click Add / Edit Users.

  2. Search for and select the required user to open their details.

  3. Unlock the green padlock icon.

  4. Under User Group, update the selection as required.

  5. Click Save.
