Change in-house user group

Change the In-House user group for a staff member and reassign them to another role, such as Unit Manager or Unit User.

If you want a user to be switched from the In-House group to another group, such as Unit Manager or Unit User, you can update their user group from the Admin area by following the steps below:

  1. From the Admin area.

  2. Under In-House, Click Add / Edit Users.

  3. Search for and select the required user to open their details page.

  4. Unlock the green padlock icon.

  5. Under User Group, update the selection as required.

  6. Click Save.
