If you want a user to be switched from the In-House group to another group, such as Unit Manager or Unit User, you can update their user group from the Admin area by following the steps below:
Go to the Admin area.
Under In-House, Click Add / Edit Users.
Search for and select the required user to open their details page.
Click the green padlock to unlock the page.
Under User Group, update the selection as required.
Click Save.
