If a contractor has not attended a job as expected, you can send a chase message to prompt an update. This helps reduce delays and keeps jobs progressing on time.
To chase the contractor, please follow the steps below:
From the Group area, click View All on the Overdue Orders section.
Click any order to open the job details.
In the bottom-left corner, click Chase.
Review any existing notes, then click Chase again.
Enter your message to the contractor.
Click Chase to confirm.
Note: Once the chase is sent, a tick appears to the right of the order. When the contractor responds, the tick changes to a blue circle with an arrow.
