Chase contractors overdue orders

You can send a chase message to contractors directly from the job details when a visit is overdue.

If a contractor has not attended a job as expected, you can send a chase message to prompt an update. This helps reduce delays and keeps jobs progressing on time.

To chase the contractor, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Group area.

  2. In the Overdue Orders section, click View All.

  3. Click any order to open the job details.

  4. In the bottom-left corner, click Chase.

  5. Review any existing notes, then click Chase again.

  6. Enter your message to the contractor.

  7. Click Chase to confirm.

Once the chase is sent, a tick appears to the right of the order. When the contractor responds, the tick changes to a blue circle with an arrow.
