Run the system usage report

Monitor how often users log in and how long they spend in the system to track engagement and support audits.

You can monitor how often head office and unit users log into the system and how long they remain active. This is useful for understanding engagement, identifying training needs, and ensuring the platform is being used as expected.

To view system usage details, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Admin area, click System Usage.

  2. From the Selected view drop-down, choose the view you want to display, such as weekly login counts or usage duration.

  3. Click the Exporticon to download the report as a spreadsheet for further analysis.
