You can monitor how often head office and unit users log into the system and how long they remain active. This is useful for understanding engagement, identifying training needs, and ensuring the platform is being used as expected.
To view system usage details, please follow the steps below:
From the Admin area, click System Usage.
From the Selected view drop-down list, choose the view you want to display, such as weekly login counts or usage duration.
If required, click the Export
icon to download the report as a spreadsheet for further analysis.
