The Finance Hub gives you visibility and control over your financial relationship with Access. Use it to manage your Access Maintain contract invoices and billing separately from the financial records you manage within Access Maintain itself.
Through the Finance Hub, you can:
View and download your Access Group contract invoices.
Raise and track cases directly with the Finance team.
Review the status of open or past finance cases.
Find answers to common billing and finance questions.
Request changes to billing details, such as your billing address or Direct Debit information.
β οΈ Important: The Finance Hub is permission-based. You must have a Customer Success Portal account to log in.
