The status dashboard gives you visibility into the health of your Access Maintain products. Use it to monitor live and historical events, subscribe to alerts, and stay informed during incidents or planned maintenance.
Benefits of the dashboard
The dashboard allows you to:
Subscribe to alerts for new events and updates, including high-priority incidents.
Receive notifications for planned and scheduled maintenance work.
View current and historical events in one place.
Stay informed with root cause analysis and prevention measures as they are published.

View the dashboard
Open the Dashboard Home Page.
Select your timezone from the top-right corner of the screen.
The dashboard displays a rolling 7-day view of product performance. Statuses shown will reflect any incidents or maintenance events that are live or have occurred within that period.
Toggle the Show Affected Only switch to show either all products in a group or only those not operating as expected.
Scroll down to view the calendar view, which shows per-product status across the selected period.
Statuses include:
Service is operating normally.
Performance issues.
Service disruption.
