If you have a suggestion for a new feature or improvement, you can share it through the Access Hospitality Ideas Portal. This platform allows you to submit ideas, vote on suggestions from other users, and contribute to the future direction of the product.
To submit a new feature idea:
Go to the Access Hospitality Ideas Portal.
Log in with your email address. If you do not have an account, you can sign up directly on the portal.
Click Create Idea and select the relevant product.
Fill in the details of your idea.
Click Add Idea to submit.
Once logged in, use the left-hand menu to navigate the portal. From here, you can view your submitted ideas under My ideas, check which suggestions you have supported under My votes, manage your My subscriptions, see Pinned ideas, and filter by category to browse suggestions by topic.
