When more than one person opens the same order at the same time, the system automatically locks it to prevent conflicting changes. Only one user can make edits at a time.
If a second user attempts to edit a locked order, the following message will appear:
'This is currently locked & in use by a user. You cannot edit this order until it becomes unlocked.'
Once the user who has the order open closes it, the order will unlock and become available for editing.
π€ Tip: If an order appears stuck in a locked state and the user shown in the message is no longer actively editing it, ask them to close the order and try again.
