There is a limit on the size of a PDF that can be uploaded. The standard limit is 5 MB. If your file is larger than this, try compressing it.
You can use a variety of free online file compression tools, which can be found with a quick internet search. If needed, ask your internal IT team for guidance.
We recommend using the official Adobe compression tool.
📌Note:For Electrical Inspection Testing, upload the PMV certificate from the admin area. The system allows files up to 20 MB in this case.
